Education is the surest way to break the vicious cycle of poverty prevalent in our country. Education is can significantly improve the quality of life of families for generations to come. Many underprivileged students who have scored high marks in the 10th and 12th standards discontinue education due to financial difficulties.
In 2007 Care foundation started the ‘Higher Education Project’. It has identified students from poor socio-economic backgrounds and provides them with financial support to continue their education along with food and accommodation. At present students are studying in various fields such as Medicine, Engineering, Law, Nursing, Arts and Science Courses (UG and PG), and higher secondary courses.
· Financially supporting for their higher education
· Make an opportunity to develop their skills and make them expose their talents.
· Provide food, accommodation, and medical care.
· Tanning them with life skill education.
